Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within one business day of being placed. Orders submitted later in the week (such as on Thursdays) may ship the following Monday. All products are dispatched from Central Texas, and transit times will vary based on your location. In most cases, deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
To help avoid delays, please double-check that your contact details are accurate at checkout so the freight carrier can reach you to schedule delivery if needed.

All products are shipped on pallets using an LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carrier. Deliveries are typically made to the end of your driveway or to a commercial loading dock. The carrier is equipped to unload the pallet using a lift gate when necessary.
Once the shipment has been dropped off, the customer is responsible for transporting the product to its final placement location.

Please inspect your shipment carefully as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage or missing components at the time of delivery, be sure to record it on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

If the freight carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment and you’re unable to be present, you may authorize the shipment to be delivered without a signature.
Please note that if you choose to waive the signature requirement, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after the carrier drops off the shipment.
